Oil -1 tbsp
Jeera – ½ tsp
Green chili – 1 chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Frozen Corn – ¼ cup
Frozen peas – ¼ cup
Carrot chopped – ¼ cup
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
White pepper powder – ½ tsp
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Garlic powder – 1 tbsp
Sugar – a pinch
Paneer – 30gm grated
Potatoes – 3 boiled, peeled and mashed
Breadcrumbs – ¼ cup
Corn flour – ½ cup
Maida – ½ cup
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Crushed corn flakes – 1 cup
Oil – to deep fry
