Cooked swiss chard using this technique, added some white wine… Delicious! Thanks Jaime.
How is it possible for all those greens 1:47 to be reduced to 1:58 and then 2:02 and finally 2:06?
It should be insanely perfect!

I am so glad to have found this on here finally. I always enjoyed your work Jamie and always seem to learn something new as well as get inspired to try new things in my kitchen as often I can get in a rut and just do what it easy and in the end get bored.
I am a fan of all things chili, I grow a few varieties every year and have over the years begun growing the super hot chilies, Bhut Jolokia, various Trinidad varieties (scorpions and 7 Pots) and others. I enjoy the tastes of these but mostly enjoy the burn.
I was curious if you or your team might do some work with these super hot chili varieties? Sauces or even how to safely (lol) incorporate them into dishes.
Thank you and again I appreciate all that you have done on here as well as on The Food Network.
It looks nice! What ingredients are used? Think there's some I won't be able to buy here where I live, guess I'll just have to take something else 🙂
Jamie, I'd like to see some recipes of meat with vegetables without any starch!

Jamie, I'm in South Korea stuck with local ingredients. One thing that'spopular here is pork belly. Please give us a magic recipe to bring a new twist to it :3
I love the pans he uses. I bought one a while ago and it is seriously the best thing I've bought for my kitchen. Not a damn thing sticks and it's SO easy to clean.
HELLO! Dear Jamie is it possible to cook basmati rice with vegetables, maybe Indian or Thai? I have some recipes but the result is never the same like the traditional Thai &/or Indian dishes. Thanks a lot xxx
