Mushroom with Potatoes and Spinach recipe (Vegan)
Ingredients:
Mushroom
2 Potatoes (diced)
Spinach
2 Tomatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove of chopped garlic
Salt and Pepper
Tomato puree
30 ml/2 tsp. of oil
Steps:
In a large pot, put cold water and boil the diced potatoes. In a skillet, add oil and sautée the potatoes and set aside. In the skillet, continue to sautée the mushrooms. Add the diced onions with the garlic. On medium heat, add the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Combine the mushroom, potatoes and spinach for 5 minutes.
Serve with basmati rice or pasta.

Champignons avec Pommes de terre et Epinards
Ingrédients
2 pommes de terre, coupé en cubes
250 gm de champignons
Epinards
30 ml (2 c. à soupe) d’huile d’olive
1 oignon, haché finement
1 gousse d’ail, hachée
2 tomates
Purée de tomates

Préparation
Dans un grand pot, bouillir les pommes de terre.
Dans une grande poêle antiadhésive à feu moyen-élevé, dorer les patates dans l’huile, soit environ 6 minutes. Mettez de côté dans un bol. Dans le poêle, faites réduire les champignons. Ajouter l’oignon, l’ail et les tomates ensuite les patates et épinards. Saler et poivrer. Laisser mijoter pendant 5 minutes.
Délicieux avec le riz basmati ou des pâtes.
