Watch how to make a vegetarian kidney bean chilli in minutes using the microwave. Make sure you use a large container or measuring jug that holds at least twice the volume of what you’re going to put in as hot liquids can bubble up.

Onion

Sweet paprika
Ground cumin
Chilli flakes
Half a stock cube
Kidney beans
Canned tomatoes
Dark chocolate

why though? just put it together in a pan, takes no time at all – let it simmer for an hour or so and you're good. you won't develop any flavour in a microwave
