I just made this. 😉 It was different but yummy. I normally make a more Ayurvedic style curry, and I normally use stock not filtered water but I’m avoiding stock at present as I’m eliminating garlic and onion from my diet. Can’t find stock that doesn’t have those it in yet. That’s why I was keen to try this one. My tastebuds have to adjust. Definitely will be making it again. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻
