United Kingdom-based brand OGGS has saved 1,026,688 eggs by using aquafaba (the brine from cooked chickpeas) in its cake ranges instead of animal-based eggs since launching in supermarkets 18 months ago. By using aquafaba instead of eggs, the brand has also saved more than 226 metric tons of carbon dioxide—this is equivalent to driving around […]

Crissandra “Angel” Hall is a single vegan mom of four. • 15 Vegan Buffalo Recipes (Yes, Including Buffalo Cauliflower) May 7, 2021
We love a good buffalo cauliflower, but since it’s gone mainstream, seeing the same dish on nearly every pub menu is a little “been there, done that.” It’s time to switch it up. Don’t worry, we’re keeping that buttery, spicy buffalo flavor, but we’re swapping out common cauliflower for a few curveball ingredients. Safe to […]

Just wanted to let you know there is this thing called Lifevac that can help dislodge obstructions if a child is choking. You can get the travel size for $60 it gives me such piece of mind to have it around, just incase!

Alaetra Jaxsia says:

Great video!! Thanks for the tips for my toddler 🥰 just a side note… when olive oil is heated, it becomes toxic. Coconut, sesame, or avocado are the best choices for heating. Just a tip if you didn’t know ✨😊

Jagoda Pierścińska says:

I think it's important to mention that if you're vegan you need to take b12. Other than that, you can eat healthy vegan diet at any life stage 😀
Loved this vid, I don't have children yet, but I am preparing for the battle with my family to have vegan kids 😂 (future grandparents probably would have a stroke if they knew I will have vegan babies 😂)

Michelle Lee Banninger says:

I need help in this department. My 2 year old likes to chuck things around the kitchen. She was a bit easier a few months ago.

SM, YG, Pledis, and Cube Entertainment says:

Some idiots are seriously trying to attack them for plant basing their child. You think their child is gonna die because she doesn't eat meat? NO. You can get all the nutrients you need to grow from things that aren't meat. My 2 year old cousin in Romania is vegan and he is the healthiest, tallest, strongest, and happiest toddler I have ever seen. He will get to try meat when he's 4. He's not dying, he's thriving. SO SHUT THE FRICK UP BECAUSE MEAT IS NOT NECESSARY AND RAISING A CHILD VEGAN IS MUCH BETTER THAN RAISING YOUR CHILD WITH CHIPS, CHICKEN NUGGETS, AND LUCKY CHARMS OML.

Rebecca Rios says:

Great-Welcome back!!!

Jessica Hickox says:

I was a plant based toddler back in the 80's because I refused to eat meat no matter what my parents tried until I was over 2 years old. Then I would eat it a little bit. I'm a perfectly healthy 32 year old now with a 132 IQ. Not eating meat doesn't mean your child will be wanting for nutrients!

Cynthia Servetas says:

Thank you for this video. It’s important to represent all the nutrients which you’ve clearly done here. She’s a lucky baby that she won’t be raised on chicken nuggets and fries.

Sudakshina Ghosh says:

This is excellent! More toddler meals!! Please!!!

hervva says:

Haters – pls read how not to die dr greger and do your own choice but make it a educated choice

My Teeny Tiny Vegetable Garden says:

Thank you so much for this video, my son is just 13 days younger than your daughter and I basically panic when feeding him and buy these little pots of food for him – this has given me the confidence to make some proper food for him 🙂

Mic says:

Where's the meat? Nutrient deficiencies can have dire health consequences for children, not to mention humans are omnivores

MJ says:

So a toddler eats healthier than I do? 🤔

Rhonda Fannin says:

Don't you apologize for taking your child's safety seriously! So many children die each year from choking! It's a terrifying thing to witness! So you mash that food up all you want and screw anyone who doesn't like it! 🤩

Rhonda Fannin says:

Can't believe it's been 18 months already! Wow! Such a sweet, precious baby girl! I have loved watching her grow up!
I love how you are feeding her! I see so many parents who start feeding their children McDonald's as soon as they start eating table food! Blows my mind!

Nat F says:

I'm not trying to be mean but… If you give food like these… You're basically committing murderer.
