Your profile tells me that you clearly aren’t vegan or interested in the _idea_ of it, but what compels you to leave short and “sweet” comments without any means of convincing someone of your thoughts?
Good food is good food. I eat a decent amount of vegan meals because my 21 year old is vegan. I enjoy finding good recipes. I personally find it fun. And the fact it supports my daughter’s diet is a huge added bonus.
Add 2-3oz of dry red wine when you coat the mushrooms in flour. It’ll reduce and make the roux much more delicious, thus making the sauce delicious overall. Most traditional stroganoff recipes use red wine or brandy but the most important ingredient is worcestershire sauce right before the “cream”. You could use amino acids for this instead.
@charlotte bottin hi cool down just asking cos kids here have to pay! well in england they do ,many r not wealthy and either mum and dad helped out or they got jobs ,but this virus means there is no longer the jobs available so I don’t know what they do, they also end up with huge debts because of having to pay , so that is why its better where you come from at least you won’t have that hanging over you when eventually you leave and seek empoyment ,
@T K Yeahh sorry I was kinda upset bc of the girl above assuming I was lying! In fact superior schools and private school are not free and really expensive that’s why I never took that path and went to university instead but even that is not given to everyone bc bills are extremely high in France even in smaller cities and sometimes (in my case for example) the nearest university is really far so we cant stay at our parents or we must find a job

I like hemp seeds and add a spoonful to veg with nutritional yeast , if u have a grinder the unshelled kind are much cheaper and chickpeas from a tin, as u can gather I don’t like cooking much but I do prefer simple food and stews with these things thrown in r really easy time and money wise

This is great for me. I’m a young guy who never really thought much about cooking, but really bad food restrictions have recently forced me to go full vegan. It’s been a bit overwhelming since I’ve never really cooked before, let alone cooked healthy. But I’m going to try these recipes tonight!
Edit: I did it! I made a few mistakes, and had to substitute some ingredients. But was easily the tastiest thing I’ve ever cooked lol. Thanks so much!
