I made the exact same with only carrots and broccoli and it was divine
This is so good the only thing I did differently was add in some ginger and used chicken stock and some oregano and it was perfect
we've been living in self isolation and this is the perfect survival comfort food! stockpiling bags of frozen vegetables and "better than buillon" chicken stock. then add orzo for starch and white beans for protein. it's perfect during coronavirus season – TY!
