Vegan Chilli Recipe

1. Place in oil
8 garlic
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 jalapeño
2. Spices
Salt & pepper
Cayenne
Chili powder
Cumin
3. Stir
1. Add
Diced tomatoes 4-6
Crushed tomatoes 24 oz
Stock 4 cups
Water 2 cups
Quinoa 1.5 cups
Kidney beans
Pinto beans
Black beans
5. Simmer 25 mins
6. Add
Corn
Lime juice
Oregano
Cilantro
7. Simmer 5 mins

I'm a meat consumer and I started watching these videos because I saw pictures of vegan meals and thought they looked absolutely delicious, not to harass vegans.
I even opened my mind to watch videos about how meat industries treat animals and now I'm VERY intrigued. I would love to learn more.. I love veggies!

Did you know that eating more than 6 or 8
percent of meat protein causes cancer? Vegetavle protein doesn't though, and researchers are tyna find out why

I enjoy vegetables a lot. I’m cutting out meat and unhealthy oils to lower my cholesterol. It’s not high I just want it lower. I’m going to skip meat a few days a week maybe more.
